As a child, Federico Gandolfi Vannini, a 4th generation art dealer, ran through long corridors where works by Goya, Caravaggio, Titian and other great artists were stacked one on top of the other; waiting to find their place in museums or private collections. He and his Cuban-American wife Daisy Diaz, a South Florida native, and their 4 children moved from Florence to Key Biscayne when the weight of the pandemic swept through Italy, bringing their passion for great works with them. Faith, Beauty & Devotion is the largest exhibition of art from the 13th-17th Centuries from a private collection to ever come to Miami, and includes a Rubens painting from the Spencer-Churchill estate.
